NEURO-SPINE-CENTER: Modern clinic with through higest medical quality
Many people pass it daily, but only few really know what lays behind the inconspicious white walls. Since eight years Dr. Samir Al-Hami runs the Neuro-Spine-Center in Fulda.
In August of 2002 the neuro surgeon realized through conversion of the former Dental-Hospital from ex-US-Army's territory named Münsterfeld the long time dream of his own medical clinic based on highest quality demands.
Today the native Jordanian operates on the whole spine and peripheric nervous system with micro-surgery methods. Occurences are p.e. herniated vertebral discs, vertebral canal stenosis of cervical-, thoraric- and lumbar vertebrae. Therefore he makes use of all current methods of surgery. To respond to all demands of his patients, Al-Hami cooperates since a few years with the Eichhof-Hospital in Lauterbach and Herz-Jesu-Hospital in Fulda, so afflictions of the patients can be treated at three locations. Since november of 2009 Neuro-Spine-Center also cooperates with neurosurgery at Klinkum Fulda. A milestone for NSC was the inclusion in the so called Bettenbedarfsplan of German Federal Land Hessen. Since 1st of July 2010 all compulsorily insured patients of the whole country can be treated without any restrictions.
